This is very much a personal story. I am by nature, international, inclusive and appreciate diversity.  And I saw something that made me angry.

When I arrived in France, I remarked that many of the people I encountered were ‘excluded’ from international roles and teams.  For the simple reason they were not at ease in their global professional language. Even when their professional added value was at least equal to their ‘Anglo-American’ colleagues.

I made it my mission to change this. To ensure that my clients performed even better internationally than they did in their local national environment. To ensure they became confident, clear, courageous and made an impact in an international environment.  My clients and I discovered together, the challenges, the key factors, the tools, the processes and the results that made a difference.

We worked together on knowledge, understanding, feeling, behavior and experience.  Our success rate was surprising.  We generated gains immediately, in the short term and long term change and my clients became successful global business leaders. 

For me, France has a culture ‘of excellence’; that means it’s not easy to succeed here, it takes time and a proven record. This demanding environment is great and challenging for me and my clients.  I am proud to say my work was ‘made in France’, with French colleagues and clients, and with French standards of excellence.
